Today has been a working Monday. Aside from work, I think my day will be recovering from this weeks festivities. I was not too crazy with my choices in eating but I did partake in some non-clean eating of foods. It is okay to do this every once in a while but it is back to the daily grind. One thing that I find that it is hard to do, is to create a music playlist that fits to your workout regimen. I thought today I would share this as well. There is nothing worse than doing your workout and you are having to flip through music to get you motivated.
Here are my top ten favorites. Apple Music is currently free for the next three months so if you want, give it a try!
